How to Apply Energetic Principles
For
“In the Moment Hands on
Stress Relief”
Using Principles of Jin Shin Jyutsu
You will learn about the anatomy of energy, where it flows through
your body, how it can become blocked, and how you can restore energy flow to
relieve stress, fatigue, symptoms and pain.
How would it be if you knew simple, effective hands on, in the
moment, practices to relax, energize,
defuse strong emotions and refocus any time or place? What if these practices also helped promote health and healing by
helping you to harmonize your energy and body-mind?
Jin Shin Jyutsu Anatomy of Energy Classes will teach you how to
effect all the above in simple and fun ways. We will use books, handouts, video
and your own hands on.

Jin Shin Jyutsu (JSJ) is the ancient art of harmonizing the life energy in the human body. The practice of Jin Shin Jyutsu releases tensions, which are the causes for various symptoms in the body. This is accomplished by the simple application of hands, over clothing, to specific areas called safety energy locks. This clears blocked energy pathways that are needed to feed life into our cells. When one or more of these energy pathways are blocked it may lead to illness, pain, or dis-ease.
