Empowering Connections, LLC:

Chris and Christine formed Empowering Connections in 2004 for the purpose of offering credit for contact hours to nurses for the courses we teach and to help other teachers develop their courses and offer them as nursing continung eduction throughout the United States and to other professions.

Christine Anne:

Christine Anne adds 30 years of broad nursing experience as a staff nurse, Nurse Practitioner and Educator, including, critical care, and family clinical practice, to the best complementary alternative therapies. In a caring unrushed setting, Christine’s private practice provides wellness counseling, stress management, and gentle, healing therapies including Jin Shin Jyutsu, and Therapeutic Touch. In addition, Christine teaches courses on Touch of Healing Self Help, Personal Stress Management, and Self Esteem Enhancement, and makes presentations to groups locally and internationally about health and healing related issues.

Chris Rupp:

"I retired from NASA in 1999 and started working as a NASA contractor with Alpha Technology in Huntsville, Alabama . After a year or so I felt driven at work and the harder I worked the less satisfaction I felt. At the advice of Christine Anne, I took a course called the Power of Self Esteem in 2001 and I was impressed my gains in insights and quality of life that I chose to train to teach the course. I also teach the course Power of Purpose, a course that helped me find interconnectedness in all areas of my life. Both courses are part of the More To Life program offered by the Kairos Foundation. My interests turned to creating courses and teaching at the Osher Lifelong Learing Institute hosted by the University of Alabama in Huntsville. While researching for a course in Forgiveness, I ran across a website www.processcoaching.com and found material that resonated well with my life journey. I took the process coaching practicioner and coaching courses and earned certification as a coach. In further research I discovered a course in coaching Emotional Intelligence and earned certification as an EI coach. I am finding as I continue my own development I connect with people at deeper levels. I continue taking More To Life residential courses, developing and teaching my own courses, and helping to produce the More To LIfe Basic Course in Huntsvilled and other US cities."
